This week

I hope you've all had a good week and I look forward to being back on Monday. I will be giving you more homework on Monday but for this weekend could you find a picture of a coal miner or mine and create your own version. This could be using charcoal, pencils, a collage or something creative. We will be using these to inspire our work next week. Everyone who brings this in on Monday will get 10 merits. Make sure they are good quality as I will be using some on a display.

Coffee morning

Why not come in for a tea or coffee and help make some resources this morning in 3T's coffee morning from 9am - 10am. I hope some of you can make it. Mr T

There are some words that we are all getting stuck on so this week I would like you to make a resource that helps us learn them. Everyone will then be tested on them on Friday. The words are:

Coffee morning

The coffee mornings will begin again tomorrow. We hope you can come in for a cuppa and help make some resources

World Book Day

Don't forget that you can dress up as your favourite character on World Book Day. You can also bring in your favourite book as we will be doing some work on this to celebrate the day. If you bring in a book, make sure your name is inside it. We wouldn't want your favourite book getting mixed up with the school's books.

Purple Mash competition

Why not use your extra day off to enter the Purple Mash competition. You have to create a resource to celebrate St David's day, it could be a poster, quiz, game or anything else you can think of
